• Information you give us. Your name, business name, email address, country and anything you choose to include when you write to us, request a proposal or book a strategy call.
• Engagement information. Materials, access credentials to your own platforms, brand assets and business information you share with us so we can perform the agreed services.
• Billing information. The details needed to issue invoices and process payments. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Technical data. Standard information your browser sends when visiting this website, such as browser type, approximate location and general usage patterns, used to keep the site running and to understand overall traffic.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to respond to inquiries and prepare proposals; to deliver the services agreed in a service agreement; to issue invoices and process payments; to send operational communications about an engagement; and to comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not use the information our clients share with us to build advertising profiles.

4. Data we process on behalf of clients

When we set up or manage a CRM, an email list or marketing automations for a client, we may process personal data belonging to that client’s own customers and leads. In those cases we act as a processor: we handle that data only on the client’s documented instructions and only for the purposes of the engagement. The client remains the controller and is responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data, and for the content of the messages sent through those systems.

We rely on third-party platforms to run our business and deliver our services, including CRM and marketing automation platforms (such as GoHighLevel), email service providers, cloud storage and file-sharing services, video and design tools, hosting providers, and payment processors. These providers process information on our behalf under their own terms and security commitments. We share with them only what is necessary for the service in question.

6. International transfers

VMB is based in the United States and serves clients mainly in Spain and Latin America. Information may therefore be transferred to and stored in countries other than the one where you reside, including the United States. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

7. Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Engagement and billing records are kept for the duration of the engagement and afterwards for the period required by applicable tax, accounting and legal obligations. Data we process on a client’s behalf is returned or deleted at the end of the engagement, on the client’s instruction, unless retention is legally required.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold, including restricted access and the use of reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. If your personal data is held in a system we manage on behalf of one of our clients, we will forward your request to that client, who is the controller of that data.
