Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by VMB Consulting LLC. It complements our Terms & Conditions; where an individual service agreement states different terms, that agreement prevails for that engagement.

1. Nature of our services

VMB provides professional services: strategy, content production, web and funnel build, CRM and automation setup, email marketing and advisory sessions. These involve time and work that cannot be returned once performed. For that reason, fees corresponding to work already carried out are not refundable.

2. Monthly retainers

Retainers are invoiced at the beginning of each month, in advance, and have a minimum initial term of three months unless the agreement states otherwise. Either party may end a retainer with 30 days’ written notice; fees for the notice period remain payable and are not refunded. Deliverables produced during a paid month are delivered to the Client even if notice has been given.

3. Projects

Projects are invoiced according to the milestones in the proposal; unless stated otherwise, 50% on signing and 50% on delivery. If the Client cancels a project after work has started, fees for work completed to date, and in any case the initial payment, are not refundable. Any work already produced at that point is delivered to the Client.

4. Advisory sessions

Advisory sessions are paid before the session. A session may be rescheduled at no cost with at least 24 hours’ notice. A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, is treated as delivered and is not refundable. Unused sessions in a pack remain available for 6 months from the date of purchase.

5. When we do issue a refund

If VMB is unable to deliver an agreed deliverable for reasons attributable to VMB, the Client is entitled to a refund of the portion of the fee corresponding to the undelivered work. The same applies to duplicate or incorrect charges, which we correct in full as soon as they are identified.

6. How to request a refund

Refund requests must be sent in writing to info@vmbconsultingllc.com, stating the invoice number, the amount and the reason for the request. We acknowledge every request within two business days and give a decision within ten business days of receiving the information needed to assess it.

Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method where possible, and otherwise by bank transfer to an account in the Client’s name. The time it takes for the funds to appear depends on the payment provider or bank involved.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. Opening a chargeback without contacting us may result in work being paused while the dispute is reviewed.
