Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your purchase. This policy explains how refunds work for services purchased from VMB Consulting LLC via vmbconsultingllc.com.

Consulting Sessions

• Bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the session.
• Refunds are available if requested within 7 days of purchase and before any session has been delivered.
• Once a session is delivered, fees are non-refundable.

Projects & Retainers

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has started.
• For retainers billed monthly, you may cancel future months with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date.
• If deliverables were partially completed, we may offer a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
